script Customizing Script TattoosTattooing script tattoos is less common than most tattoos; however it does have a beauty and grace to it that most tattoos don’t have. Customizing script tattoos is finding words that touch the client in some way. When one finds words that one absolutely loves and finds that they mean more to one than he or she thought words could ever mean, it is a spectacular way to give tribute the wonderful words.

On the television show “Lost”, one of the characters has the most beautiful tattooed script that reads “living is easy, with eyes closed” which is an excerpt from the song “Strawberry Fields Forever” by the Beatles.  Many people, after coming through a traumatic experience, choose scripts that have symbolic meaning of strength and courage. It is like pouring their hardships into words, showing that the experience is not only tattooed to their skin, but tattooed to their soul.

Script tattoos can often be incorporated into a picture as well. When the client has a particular phrase they love, perhaps it reminds them of a loved one who has passed away, then an appropriate tattoo would include a religious symbol with the words written somewhere surrounding or inside it. The client may also choose a sentence to have tattooed around the arm to look like an arm band or even around the ankle to look like an anklet.

Script tattoos can be customized to say what the client wants in any way, shape or form he or she wants it in.
