When choosing colors for feminine tattoos, women can go two different ways with their choices. They can have feminine colors match the style of tattoo, or they can have stronger and bold colors instead. When going with the feminine color schemes, there are a few colors that immediately spring to mind. Most colors have the potential to become feminine, as long as they are light enough. Greens and purples can be feminine when lightened up. These colors together are often used as symbols to war rather than peace.

Neutral colors to use on feminine tattoos are medium colors. A darker pink is bold, yet still very feminine, whereas orange is considered a feminine color but is also flashy and strong. For examples of different color schemes, one can look around anywhere for inspiration because of the wide range of colors outside.
